Surry Hills espresso bar

Our original flagship store since 2011. It’s a small space with a big focus on coffee, where we brew and serve rotating single origins as filter and espresso. Plus all milk styles, specialty hot chocolate, matcha, tea, and a small selection of locally baked pastries.

St Peters Pro Shop cafe and roastery

Open since 2014, this is our headquarters and where the magic happens. Come to see us roasting every Monday and Wednesday. Or perhaps grab a brew and some food, and take any beans and homebrewing gear from our carefully curated shelves.
