What’s the minimum order quantity?
For workplace subscriptions, the MOQ is 1kg per delivery.
Can I receive different coffees?
Yes, you can sign up for different plans/coffees under the same email address/user name. (Delivered to the same address.)
How do you handle deliveries to multiple addresses?
Get in touch with us and we can help set this up.
Can I receive an invoice PDF for expenses?
Let us know and we can send invoice emails with a PDF to you (and to another accounts email address if you need).
Can I set up a purchase order and pay by EFT?
Get in touch with us and we can help with any custom purchase order or payment requests.
What’s the cancellation or pause policy?
You only pay as you go—your card gets triggered for a payment a few days before your next due delivery date.
If you need to change the date or cancel, please do so before the cutoff date (the day before your set delivery date).
Can I add filters, more coffee or any other gear to my delivery?
Yes, certainly! Log in to our website with your details, and click the “add to my delivery” button in our shop products.
