Where do you ship?
Australia: coffee beans + gear and goods
Internationally: coffee beans only (limited destinations as shown/available during checkout).
All prices are shown in Australian Dollar (AUD).
What are your shipping options?
Choose standard or express shipping at checkout; the cost depends on the total weight and final destination.
We use Australia Post; to estimate delivery times, use Australia Post’s calculator setting St Peters 2044 as the origin.
When do you roast and ship online retail orders?
We roast to order and ship every Monday (Tuesday if Monday is a public holiday).
Orders placed anytime during the week will be assigned to the following Monday; the cut-off is Sunday 11:59 PM AEDT. Your confirmation email will state the exact day your order will be shipped or be ready to collect.
Sometimes, if an order’s items are available, we’ll do our best to ship it earlier than the forecasted date.
Free local pickup
If you prefer to collect your order from any of our cafes (at no extra shipping cost), select your preferred location during checkout.
Orders must be collected within 3 weeks from the collection date in your order confirmation email. If orders are not collected within this timeframe, we consider them abandoned and these cannot be replaced or refunded.
Returned parcels
Australia Post charges us a return-to-sender fee for parcels that are returned to our roastery due to:
- Invalid address
- Insufficient address details
- Failure to collect within Australia Post’s collection window In these cases, we reserve the right to pass on that return-to-sender fee to you
If you wish an RTS parcel to be re-sent to you, we can do it at an additional shipping fee, or you can collect it from our roastery at no extra cost (within 3 weeks from its arrival at our warehouse).
International duties and taxes
You are responsible for any duties, taxes, and any return-to-sender fees/charges/taxes/duties as a result of incorrect or insufficient shipping details or failure to collect the parcel in due time.
Duties and taxes are set by the customs authority of the destination country; please check them before you place an order.

We ship coffee and gear items through our subscription anywhere within Australia
Only standard shipping via Australia Post
Our subscriptions use Australia Post standard domestic shipping. To estimate delivery times, use Australia Post’s calculator with St Peters 2044 as the origin.
Express or local pick-up are not available in our subscription service.
We roast and ship every Wednesday
Subscription orders are roasted and sent every Wednesday.
Make any changes, add more coffee or gear, or cancel your subscription anytime until Tuesday 11:59 PM AEDT, right before your next set delivery date.
Returned parcels
Australia Post charges us a return-to-sender fee for parcels that are returned to our roastery due to:
