Online Shop Orders

We ship coffee beans within Australia and internationally (available countries will show in the drop-down menu during checkout in the “Delivery and billing” section). We ship gear and goods only within Australia.

All prices are shown in Australian Dollar (AUD).

You can choose either Standard or Express shipping—costs are displayed during checkout and depend on the total weight and destination. Both options are carbon neutral.

If you’re interested in knowing the estimated delivery times, you can use Australia Post’s calculator adding St Peters, 2044 as the origin (more info about Domestic delivery times here).

Australia Post charges us a return-to-sender fee for parcels that fail to be delivered due to an invalid or insufficient address or don’t get collected from the post office within the collection window. In these cases, we will have to pass on that return-to-sender fee to you. If you wish these items to be re-sent once they arrive at our roastery, we will have to charge an additional shipping fee—alternatively, they can be collected from our premises at no extra cost within 3 weeks from return-to-sender arrival at our warehouse.


Free local pick-up

Local customers can collect orders from any of our cafes with no additional shipping fees. You can select this option and specify the location during checkout.

All local pick-up orders can be collected within 3 weeks from the collection date (as specified in your order confirmation email). After that period, we consider any uncollected orders abandoned, and these cannot be replaced or refunded.


Mondays are roasting and shipping days

All retail coffees are roasted on demand and sent every Monday (or Tuesday if it’s a bank holiday). This means that if you place your online order anytime during the week, it’ll be roasted and shipped the following Monday. The cut-off time to have your order included in the following week’s batch is each Sunday at 11.59 pm AEDT. Sometimes, we may be able to fulfil your order on a different day, but that will depend on whether the coffee and gear you want are available off our shelves.


International duties and taxes

When you place an international order, you are responsible for any duties and taxes and any return fees/charges/taxes/duties as a result of an unclaimed or uncollected parcel. Duties and taxes are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country and vary depending on them—please check with your national body to check if these apply to you.



Subscriptions

We ship anywhere within Australia, but not internationally.

Each subscription is sent via Australia Post Standard parcel delivery (which is carbon neutral). The shipping cost is included in the subscription fee, except when you bundle certain items (any additional shipping fees will be shown on each product page, just before the bundling action button).

Pick-up at our St Peters roastery may be available for subscriptions, but this option does not involve a discount on the total subscription fee.

We roast and send our subscription orders on Wednesdays. The cut-off date for any subscription modifications that involve shipping (such as pausing, cancelling or changing the address) is Tuesday 11:59 pm AEDT prior to each delivery due day.

Wholesale

We ship wholesale orders to Australia and also internationally.

We use Shippit for shipping our wholesale orders within Australia.
