As the name implies, they were Saturdays on which we opened the Surry Hills store to serve black coffee drinks only. The intention was to put this style of brewing/drinking coffee at the centre stage by removing milk and other factors from the equation. Groundbreaking, right? It kinda was: it even made it to the classic local trend media outlets.

Over 12 years later, we want to bring it back as a form of celebration of coffee in its simplest format and a homage/throwback to our roots. For now, as a one-off event, next Saturday, 19th of July 2025.
No milk, no worries, just delicious black coffee, good times, great company. See you there?
