plum, bergamot, mandarin, toffee black tea
Brewed with V60:
"Paintbrush technique" pour side to side gently covering from top to bottom. Pour 70 grams and wait 45 seconds, pour up to 250 grams (180grams) and wait till water drains, now pour up to 400 grams (150 grams), now tap the V60 a few times to flatten the coffee.
