Stevia sweetness, pasito, floral, orange blossom
Brewed with Kalita Wave:
Used the flat bed Orea brewer. 40g bloom with slight agitation. 2 equal pours of 80g to take the total to just over 2 minutes brewing. Coffee still tastes a touch fresh but amazing complexity and mouthfeel. The coffee will develop even more with some time to rest.
