Holy moly this is a wild coffee. Definitely NOT an every day coffee.
Banana cake, loads of tropical fruit. Could use more age to settle down. keen to try at 4 weeks of age.
Brewed with Kalita Wave:
50g pour, wait 40 seconds, 100g pour, wait till drains and final 90 gram pour

- 15g Beans
- 240ml Water at 95° C
- 2m 10s Brew time
Reuben brewed using a 6.3 : 100 ratio of coffee:water.
