I like it. I'm terrible at saying what something tastes like, but it is very nice.

Dylan brewed using a 6 : 100 ratio of coffee:water.

Tasting a bit of stewed fruit in this one, but my pour was pretty uneven. Next time I won't try to take photos at the same time as brewing :)

Tasting sweeter than yesterday's brew. Going to give it a couple more days and see how the flavour develops.
