Big body when hot, jammy as it cooled.
The first few sips screamed cocoa. As it began to cool the cocoa sweetened to dark chocolate and the acidity brought out jammy notes like cherries. It was basically a Cherry Ripe.

  • 250ml Water
  • 2m 30s Brew time

Thomas brewed using a 6 : 100 ratio of coffee:water.
