Jared Rieger’s brew
Definitely pickup that creamy mouth feel with a tad of orange. Wonderful acidity with a finish of slight caramel for me. A great taste that lingers long after the coffee is gone. Really enjoying this one.
Brewed with V60:
Using a brew ratio of 1:15. Initial bloom of 50g. Poured in batches of 50g till 300g then added final 150g.

- 450ml Water at 94° C
- 3m 30s Brew time
Jared brewed using a 6.7 : 100 ratio of coffee:water.
