How to use
- Replace the portafilter basket with a blind filter
- For daily cleaning, add 1 level scoop of espresso clean to the blind filter; use 2 scoops for less frequent cleaning
- Run the brew cycle for 10 seconds, pause for 10 seconds, and repeat this on/off cycle four more times
- Remove portafilter and rinse under running water
- Reinsert, then run 10 short cycles (5 seconds on, 2 seconds off) to rinse thoroughly
- Reinsert the regular filter and brew a plain shot to re-season the group head
For group heads and filters, dissolve 2 scoops in 500 ml of hot water, soak for 10 minutes, then rinse well.
