Still a bit fresh and brewed slightly longer than ideal.
Lots of perfumed florals, creamy body, sweet, elderflower, blueberries. Very complex and will only get better as it ages!
Brewed with V60:
90g bloom with agitation
At 45 seconds pour to 300g
At 1:45 pour to 500g
- V60
- 30g Beans
- 500ml Water at 97° C
- 4m 40s Brew time
John brewed using a 6 : 100 ratio of coffee:water.
