Brewed with V60:
Testing the new Hario W60 Dripper. Pretty fine grind on a EK43. Tasted very extracted but not bitter.
5o gram pour with two 125gram pours once each pour has finished dripping

- 300ml Water at 96° C
- 4m 0s Brew time
