Playing around with a new grinder. Not perfectly dialled in but a medium sweet body, notes of black tea and a clean finish
Brewed with V60:
2 cup v60. New EK43 grinder set to 8.5
- 24g Beans
- 400ml Water at 95° C
- 3m 20s Brew time
John brewed using a 6 : 100 ratio of coffee:water.
