Negatives first, slightly dry (too long of an extraction), really sweet current like taste. smooth finish.

Brewed with V60:

50g bloom. Then slowly poured the remainder 250g in. Agitated and then allowed to extract.

Jared brewed using a 6.7 : 100 ratio of coffee:water.
