Earthy notes on the nose. Creamy berries with a slight tartness as it cools. Delicious!

Brewed with Aeropress:

Using a medium coarse grind add 240mL of 90ºC all at once, stir 5 times then let brew for 90sec. Extract over a further 30sec and add 10mL filtered water to cup.

  • Aeropress
  • 15g Beans
  • 250ml Water at 90° C
  • 90s Brew time

Matthew brewed using a 6 : 100 ratio of coffee:water.
