Poached stone fruits including peach but also pears and to me, strudeled apples.
Chocolate raisins becoming a delicious dance of sparkling joy in the mouth as it cools. Recommended!
Mmm...lemonade bubbles. Love this!
Honey on the nose, nectarine and peaches...oh my! Delicious Sunday brew :) Drink hot but savour some to cool for full flavour experience.
Finally found the stone fruits! Enjoying it with a side of nectarines to enhance fruit flavours, creamy medium body with a subtle hint of tartness.
Superb orange sweetness, akin to freshly squeezed orange juice. Add some actual chocolate beforehand to round out the fuller bodied flavours (dark is good but milk chocolate works just as well!).
First 12hr Cold Brew as per the Sample guide...tastes like sticky date pudding with a hint of butterscotch sauce. Delicious!
Earthy notes on the nose. Creamy berries with a slight tartness as it cools. Delicious!
This bean has opened my eyes to the variety in Columbian coffee. Reminiscent of some East African beans (Rwanda or Burundi) with its Stone Fruit flavours. I'm getting more nectarine flavours with a hint of plum.
