Matthew Nelson’s brew
Poached stone fruits including peach but also pears and to me, strudeled apples.
Brewed with Stovetop:
Bialetti 3-cup stovetop. Kept gas at full flame until espresso was almost full in top chamber, then turned down low to finish.
- 20g Beans
- 120ml Water
Matthew brewed using a 17 : 100 ratio of coffee:water.
