Matthew Nelson’s brew
Honey on the nose, nectarine and peaches...oh my! Delicious Sunday brew :) Drink hot but savour some to cool for full flavour experience.
Brewed with Chemex:
Grind was similar to Aeropress (medium towards fine) to achieve better brew time. Normal Chemex grind (medium-coarse) was going through too fast. Yield was 243g coffee.
