Waiting before opening the whole bean bag and brewing is beneficial for developing peak flavour and acidity. But heads up: if you buy pre-ground coffee, brew it as soon as possible! Learn more about your recommended brewing window.
Follow our custom recipes and ratios
We recommend a coffee:yield ratio of 1:2 or 1:2.2. Most baristas use the dose : yield : total brew time formula when talking about espresso recipes. For our espresso blends, we start at:
- Dose: 22g ground coffee
- Yield: 46-48g espresso
- Total brew time: 28 seconds
