Colombia Villa Linda Jared’s Kalita Wave I was surprised at the amount of coke flavour that comes through in this. A very sweet coffee. Even with a slightly longer extraction time due to dialling in the grinder. 20g 300ml 4m 0s Full brew note

Ethiopia Chelelectu Jared’s V60 A very light fruity coffee. Was great. I was using a cafflano for the first time and i think the extraction time was slowed a little by the fines in the grind so had a slightly bitter after taste.
