Summer’s just around the bend so what better way to celebrate than a fruit forward blend.
Toucans are known to throw fruit at one another when they’re having a good time, and that was the inspiration for this blend: a coffee that is all tropical fruit punch and party.
The blend comprises two coffees from Costa Rican farmer Alejo Castro and his farm VolcƔn Azul.
One washed, one natural, all party.
The washed component is the San Isidro varietal, this provides the super sweet and clean base of the blend. The natural processed Obata is the party animal, flinging all sorts of tropical fruits in your direction.
Think passionfruit, papaya and wild blackberry.
