Brewed with V60:

Pour 100 grams and let it bloom for 40 seconds. Pour another 200 grams. Once almost drained pour another 200 grams, stirring twice and then tap twice to settle the coffee. stops on 3:40

  • V60
  • 30g Beans
  • 500ml Water at 95° C
  • 3m 40s Brew time

Reuben brewed using a 6 : 100 ratio of coffee:water.
