Flavours opened up a lot once it cooled down. Great rainy-day brew.
Brewed with V60:
1 cup V60 brew at the cafe, feeling lazy today so grinding at 8.35 on the EK instead of the hand grinder. Could be a little more fine next time.
Wasn't paying attention to the timer, so it probably finished well before 3 mins.
