Flavours opened up a lot once it cooled down. Great rainy-day brew.

(Butter)scotchy-scotch-scotch. A little over-extracted this time, will try with a slightly more coarse grind next time.

Tasting pretty sweet, with a balanced body and a little acidity. Lots more apple flavour coming through at 15g.

Definite black tea flavour brewed on Aeropress. Coffee meets Earl Grey.

Tasting a bit of stewed fruit in this one, but my pour was pretty uneven. Next time I won't try to take photos at the same time as brewing :)

Light, refreshing and a little fruity. First brew in the Bruer for a while, drip rate was a little too fast, want to try closer to 3 hours next time.
