Really well balanced, with a bit of apple and blackcurrant flavour coming through.

We’re grinding on an EK and getting 64g out using a VST basket. For a Mazzer or other grinder you'll probably be aiming for 50-60g out.

There's a nice guava juice flavour once the brew cools down.

Incredibly sweet, light body, apple cider, tropical, Raspberry, so delicious!!

The brew really popped with some more acidic fruity notes when I dialled the grind a touch finer than I would typically for chemex.
