The brew really popped with some more acidic fruity notes when I dialled the grind a touch finer than I would typically for chemex.

Andrew brewed using a 7.7 : 100 ratio of coffee:water.

Incredibly sweet, light body, apple cider, tropical, Raspberry, so delicious!!
