Incredibly sweet, light body, apple cider, tropical, Raspberry, so delicious!!

Reuben brewed using a 5.8 : 100 ratio of coffee:water.

Clean chocolatey flavour with a hint of fruit.

There's a nice guava juice flavour once the brew cools down.

The brew really popped with some more acidic fruity notes when I dialled the grind a touch finer than I would typically for chemex.

Really well balanced, with a bit of apple and blackcurrant flavour coming through.
