We recommend a coffee:yield ratio of 1:3. Most baristas use the dose : yield : total brew time formula when talking about espresso recipes. For our espresso blends, we start at:

  • Dose: 20g ground coffee
  • Yield: 60g espresso
  • Total brew time: 28 seconds
