Roaster's Choice

Pre‒Aged Single Origin

Ready To Brew

We’ll choose a ‘lucky’ bag of single origin that is close to or early in our recommended brewing window so you can start brewing right away.

We get it; sometimes you just need coffee that is ready to brew straight away, already in its peak flavour and acidity. This product is for you!

What you get

  • A bag of beans that are close to or within our recommended brewing window
  • Origin and producer selected by our roasting team from what’s available at the time
  • Similar qualities/price range (so no VS, sorry!)
  • Only whole beans
  • Returns for change of mind on this product won’t be accepted (please purchase only if you’re OK receiving any of our single origins)

If you have any origin or flavour profile requests, just add them as a note on checkout. We’ll do our best to match it; however, it’ll be subject to stock levels.

Why pre-aged beans?

When you buy any of our blend or single origins, we roast and ship them on the very same day. When you receive your beans a few days later, these are still ‘too fresh'—they haven’t yet reached our recommended brewing window (different for decaf, blends and single origin).

When you buy pre-aged beans, you can start brewing straight away, knowing that the coffee will be at its peak flavour and acidity development.
