Coffee production has always been the financial support for the Ossa family.
Clinton received Finca Penas Blancas as a heritage from his family and that was when he started to produce specialty coffees. With the extra money that he is receiving with the quality premiums from producing delicious coffees, he has invested in the infrastructure in order to improve his processes and quality.
Today, Finca Penas Blancas is a family business, where every member of the family has his own role. They help Clinton in the beneficio, hand-sorting and the picking process.
Clinton is very proud of all what his family has done for the co ee industry and for the sustainability of their farm. His goal is to continue working on the family farm. He is committed to take special care of his trees and his coffees.
