About our drip bags

A drip bag is a single-serve bag pre-filled with ground coffee, designed to be brewed straight into your cup by pouring water into it (like a pour-over method).

Our drip bags are filled with a seasonal single origin freshly roasted by us. The result is a filter-style cup of coffee, with medium body and acidity.

  • An opened Sample Coffee pour over drip bag.

  • Water poured onto a brew bag in a transparent mug.

  • Tear the bag open across the perforated line on top.
  • Fold out the paper handles and carefully slide them over a mug’s edge.
  • Pour hot water 3 times, filling the bag completely each time (~200mL total).
  • Remove and dispose of the bag. Enjoy your coffee!

Coffee origin and production

Each drip bag contains 11g of single origin coffee.

Roasted by us in St Peters and packed (nitrogen-flushed for a long life full of flavour) by Ecre in Alexandria.

For each batch, we use a seasonal single origin coffee lot as specified in the box label and the stamp at the rear of each sachet, near the ‘Best Before’ date. Follow the links below to learn more about each origin and producer:

About our steeped bags

A steeped bag is basically a tea bag, in this case, filled with ground coffee. It’s designed to steep in hot water, so it really is the easiest way to make coffee.

Our drip bags are filled with freshly roasted and ground Pacemaker espresso blend. The result is a medium-bodied brew to drink with or without milk—however you like!

  • An opened Sample Coffee steeped bag.

  • A Sample Coffee bag steeping in a transparent mug.

  • Tear the sachet open and bring the steeped bag out.
  • Place it inside a mug with the tag hanging over the edge.
  • Fill the mug with just-boiled water (about ~200mL). Stir gently and let it brew for 5 minutes.
  • Stir again, thoughtfully dispose of the steeped bag and enjoy!
