Clinton Ossa
Finca Peñas Blancas is a true family business, with every member playing a vital role. While Clinton oversees production, his wife and children assist with picking, post-harvest processing, and hand-sorting the beans. We find notes of green apple, plum, molasses.
Coffee production has long been the primary source of income for the Ossa family. Clinton inherited Finca Peñas Blancas from his family, and after taking over its management, he decided to focus exclusively on producing specialty coffees. Thanks to the premiums he receives for producing high-quality coffee, Clinton has been able to reinvest in the farm’s infrastructure, further enhancing both his processes and the quality of the coffee.
Today, Finca Peñas Blancas remains a true family business, with every member playing a vital role. Clinton’s wife and children assist with picking, post-harvest processing, and hand-sorting the beans.
Clinton takes great pride in what his family has achieved within the coffee industry, particularly in how they have improved the sustainability of the farm. His ongoing goal is to refine all aspects of the farm’s operations, constantly seeking ways to improve and innovate.

Colombia is one of the largest coffee producers in the world and benefits greatly from having one of the most unique and complex set of micro-climates of all coffee producing nations.
Attractive growing conditions afforded by its altitude, proximity to the equator and the protection afforded by surrounding mountains, enabling a stable microclimate year round. Cauca is a region also known for its World Heritage listed national parks, wildlife, and life-giving water sources
Machines are used to remove the flesh from the coffee cherry before being fermented in water, washed again, and finally sun dried. This process tends to result in more distinct, cleaner flavours.
